About
The Mill is a multi-arts hub based in the heart of Adelaide; a vibrant place of connection, creation, and support for ambitious and exceptional artists.
The Mill’s vision is for a thriving and prosperous arts culture in South Australia. Since 2013 we’ve supported thousands of artists and creatives, linking curious, engaged audiences with the arts.
Our CBD venue includes 57 artist studios, 2 galleries, a performing arts space, sound and photography studios, a tools workshop and shared meeting facilities.
Our broad, year-round program provides artists with the necessary physical space to work on their practice, alongside diverse public events, performances and exhibitions, and professional development opportunities.
The Mill provides a breeding ground for artistic culture and amplifies the value of the arts for general public audiences and our artistic community.

Our History
Established in 2013, The Mill was initially imagined as a junction between visual art, movement, dance and theatre.
The Mill was the brain and heart child of Amber Cronin and Erin Fowler, who co-founded the organisation as a connection between their areas of practice - dance and visual art.
