The Performing Arts Residencies foster experimentation and creation. The Mill supports performing and interdisciplinary artists in developing and presenting new work through exploration, with a series of funded creative development opportunities.

The Mill’s Sponsored Studios program launched in 2021 with support from The Mill Donor Circle and the James and Diana Ramsay Foundation. It has evolved in 2023 through relationships with Mahmood Martin Foundation and Sanaa.
